Question: When can I expect my order?
Answer: The average delivery time is 7 to 14 days. Our products are shipped directly from the supplier to you. This unique business model allows us to save significantly on storage and transportation costs, offer our products at lower prices than competitors, and cover the shipping costs ourselves.

Question: The expected delivery time has passed. Where is my order?
Answer: In 99 percent of cases, orders are delivered within the expected timeframe. Unfortunately, delays can sometimes occur during the shipping process. You can check the status of your order using the following link: Track Your Order. If you still haven’t received it three days after the expected delivery date, please contact us.

Question: I am missing some items from my order. How is that possible?
Answer: Because we work with multiple suppliers, items from the same order may be shipped separately. If something is missing, you will usually receive the remaining items within two to three days. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Question: What are the shipping costs?
Answer: We cover all shipping costs for your order.

Question: Where can I find my Track and Trace code?
Answer: On this page: Track Your Order. Simply enter your email address and order number to follow your package.

Question: My Track and Trace code does not show any information. Why?
Answer: Tracking information becomes available once your package has reached the postal processing center. Please note that there may be a short delay before the tracking updates.

Question: What about return shipping costs?
Answer: Return shipping costs are unfortunately at your own expense. However, if you prefer not to return the product, we have a great alternative solution for you. You may keep the product, for example as a gift, and receive 20 percent of your purchase amount back.

Question: Can I modify my order after placing it?
Answer: If you wish to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to make the changes as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Once it has been dispatched, we can no longer make modifications.

Question: What if I made a mistake while ordering?
Answer: No worries. If you made an error during checkout, contact us as soon as possible. We are happy to help you correct your order before it is shipped.

Question: Why haven’t I received a confirmation email?
Answer: First, check your spam or junk folder, as emails sometimes end up there. If you still cannot find the confirmation, please contact us and we will resend it.
